I'm Leon Smith, owner of Smith & Goods. When you reach out, you'll work directly with me, from our first conversation through the final handoff.
My background is in planning, scheduling, project controls, maintenance, and process improvement in utility and industrial settings. I've worked with the schedules, reports, and day-to-day coordination that help teams keep work moving.
I bring that experience to project teams and business owners who need help organizing a project or sorting out a recurring problem. We might work on a schedule in Primavera P6, a clearer report in Excel, or the steps between a customer's request and a completed job.
I start by listening to how things work today and what you'd like to change. You don't need to have every answer before we talk. We'll identify what's needed, decide where I can help, and agree on the work and price before getting started. My goal is to leave you with something you understand and can put to use.
