Focused Business Process Reviews

Get to the source of a recurring problem.

When jobs keep getting delayed or information gets lost between people, it helps to look at the steps involved. This review follows one workflow through recent jobs and gives you a practical plan for improving it.

A GOOD FIT WHEN

When the same problem keeps coming back.

For contractors and service businesses that can point to a recurring problem and share recent examples.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

See the steps. Understand the problems. Plan the changes.

The pilot uses a small sample of recent work so the findings stay connected to what actually happens in your business.

01

A map of the workflow

See the main steps, handoffs, and responsibilities, from the agreed starting point to the finish.

02

Five priority findings

Understand what the records and conversations show, why it matters, and where more information is needed.

03

A 30-day action plan

Know what to work on first, who should own each action, and how to check progress. We'll follow up about 30 days after handoff.

PRICING

What it costs.

A fixed-price review of a recurring workflow, with findings and a plan your team can act on.

Focused review pilot

$1,500

One workflow; up to 10 recent jobs from a 30-day period; up to two interviews totaling 60 minutes. Includes a workflow map, five priority findings, a 30-day action plan, a 45-minute handoff, one correction round, and a 30-minute follow-up about 30 days after handoff.

Expanded workflow review

$2,500

Up to two related workflows, 25 recent jobs, and three interviews totaling 90 minutes. Includes the same findings, action-plan, handoff, correction, and follow-up format as the pilot.

Action follow-through

$600

A separate follow-through period after a review: one 45-minute meeting, one agreed metrics refresh, and up to four total service hours. The agreement sets the period; there is no automatic renewal.

We agree which records are needed and confirm they are suitable before accepting a package. Implementation, new systems, and unrelated workflows are priced separately. The 30-day records window is not a promised delivery time.

Prices are in USD. The written proposal confirms the total, any applicable taxes or expenses, payment terms, and delivery dates.

03

04

Check progress

Meet again about 30 days after handoff to discuss what changed, what was completed, and what the available measures tell us.

WHAT TO KNOW

What the service covers.

  • The sample covers recent jobs from a 30-day period. Delivery dates are agreed separately.
  • This is an operational review. Financial, compliance, engineering, or safety audits need the appropriate specialist.
  • Implementation, new systems, extra records, and unrelated workflows are separate. Results depend on the situation and changes made.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Common questions.

What if several parts of the business need attention?

The whole-business review may be a better starting point. The focused review is designed for one workflow, or up to two related workflows in the expanded package.

How long will it take?

We'll confirm delivery dates after checking the records and scheduling the interviews. The 30-day sample refers to past jobs. The included follow-up takes place about 30 days after handoff.

How is the price agreed?

We'll confirm the listed package fits your needs or prepare a custom quote. You'll receive a written agreement covering the work, total fee, payment terms, and timing. Extra work needs your approval first.
