Whole-Business Improvement Review

Decide what to improve first.

When several concerns seem connected, it can be hard to know where to begin. We'll look across the agreed parts of your business, connect what we learn, and help you put the next steps in a sensible order.

A GOOD FIT WHEN

When the problem reaches beyond one workflow.

For owners who want an outside view of several connected concerns.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A plan you can work through in order.

You'll receive findings from the areas we agree to review, with recommended priorities and a way to check progress.

01

A picture of what is happening

Bring together observations, conversations, and the materials you share. Clearly identify what is confirmed and what still needs checking.

02

Improvement priorities

Understand the purpose of each recommendation, who could own it, what it depends on, and the effort or cost assumptions involved.

03

A plan for moving forward

See a suggested order for the work and ways to check progress. The report also explains any gaps and areas outside the review.

PRICING

What it costs.

A broader review when several parts of the business need attention and you want help setting priorities.

Remote business review

From $2,500

The starting scope covers up to three agreed business areas, up to three interviews totaling 90 minutes, and up to three hours reviewing agreed materials. Includes written findings, a prioritized action plan, a 60-minute handoff, and one correction round.

Custom quote

Quoted after we confirm the location, areas to review, time on site, and travel. Photography or recording requires separate permission.

This is an operational improvement review. Specialist audits, implementation, additional visits, and follow-up support are separate services.

Prices are in USD. The written proposal confirms the total, any applicable taxes or expenses, payment terms, and delivery dates.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens next.

01

Discuss your concerns

Tell us what is happening and what you want to change. Together, we'll choose the business areas to review.

02

Agree on the review

Confirm the people involved, materials, access, meetings, and any visit or travel. Set the fee, deliverables, and dates in writing.

03

Review and compare

Look at the agreed areas and check observations with you. Separate what we see from assumptions and note where information is limited.

04

Set the priorities

Walk through the findings and recommended order of work. Discuss responsibilities and progress checks, with any implementation support agreed separately.

WHAT TO KNOW

What the service covers.

  • The review covers agreed business areas. It is not an exhaustive inspection of every part of the company.
  • Building, code, engineering, safety, legal, and financial audits are outside this service. It is not a licensed interior-design service.
  • Detailed records analysis, purchasing, redesign, implementation, additional visits, and ongoing management require separate agreements.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Common questions.

Can you take photographs during a visit?

Only with specific permission for the purpose and use. Access to your premises does not automatically include permission to photograph or record.

Can you help put the recommendations into practice?

We can discuss a separate scope if the work fits and capacity is available. The review itself covers the findings and improvement plan.

Where can you visit?

Share the location in your inquiry. Leon will confirm availability, access, travel, and the proposed fee before a visit is arranged.

How is the price agreed?

We'll confirm the listed package fits your needs or prepare a custom quote. You'll receive a written agreement covering the work, total fee, payment terms, and timing. Extra work needs your approval first.
