How we handle
your inquiry.
Smith & Goods LLC uses the details you submit to evaluate and respond to your consulting inquiry.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, a general description of your question, and an acknowledgment are required. Service interest, business or organization, and website or public social profile links are optional. Please do not submit confidential project or employer information, sensitive personal information, passwords, or files.
How the information is used
Inquiries are stored in Wix and may be reviewed with AI-assisted tools in ChatGPT to help organize requests and prepare responses. Public business links you provide may be opened through web retrieval tools, including Firecrawl, and reviewed in ChatGPT to understand your business and prepare questions before we respond. Reviews use publicly accessible pages; please provide public business links without passwords or private access tokens. We also use aggregate inquiry counts and general service-interest themes to improve our service information and marketing. Leon reviews client communications and engagement decisions. Submitting an inquiry does not book a service, create a paid engagement, or subscribe you to marketing.
Who can access it
The Wix site owner and collaborators with submission permissions can access inquiry records. AI review creates an additional copy in ChatGPT, subject to the owner's account or workspace access settings. Inquiry records are not published on this website.
Retention and deletion
Records are managed through manual deletion controls; no automatic retention or deletion period has been configured for this intake. Wix records remain until deleted through the relevant controls. Copies created in ChatGPT are managed separately under the account or workspace settings. Deleting a Wix record does not by itself delete ChatGPT copies or provider backups; each service has its own retention and backup practices.
Form session
Wix uses a visitor authentication token to load and submit the form. The form client may store that token in your browser. It does not save your inquiry answers in browser storage. Clearing that browser storage removes the local token, not an inquiry already submitted to Wix.
Questions or requests
Use the inquiry form to ask Smith & Goods about your inquiry record, corrections, or deletion. Keep the initial request general; any necessary identity check can be arranged privately.
